Vision

The Main Purpose and Vision of the School of Ministry is to provide anointed training and instruction for all interested Spirit-filled believers under the unction of the Holy Spirit, using only time-proven anointed and empowered teaching materials. Our goal, as a teaching ministry, is to be used of the Holy Spirit to teach interested, spiritually thirsty, and committed Christians how to appropriate and walk in the power of the Holy Spirit, to KNOW Him for the Lord's glory first, and then for the edification of the church.

The Materials for study consist of anointed books, audiocassette tape lectures and teachings, handouts, reference books, and optional computer software. Students must purchase the latter on their own, although the ministry will provide contact sources and phone numbers upon request.

In addition, our Purpose and Vision is:

1. To assist already established pastors, teachers, evangelists, prophets, apostles, and ministries in further developing the Holy Spirit's ministry in them and through them by serving as a vehicle of provision for His use; by providing Spirit-filled and Spirit-led teaching materials and resources for continual spiritual growth and nourishment.

2. To evangelize and teach the Word of God to all interested peoples and to the nations and peoples of the world, and, in particular, to those of underdeveloped nations and the persecuted church. This is carried out further through weekly Bible teaching radio broadcasts heard worldwide, several times weekly, through World Harvest Radio, Pan American Broadcasting, and Radio Africa, all of which broadcast our Bible teaching radio program, "Walking in Power". 3. To provide a three-year course of discipleship training through home study, to pre- pare Spirit-filled believers who know that they are "called, anointed, and appointed", for public ministry and, when indicated by the Spirit, for ordination by the laying-on-of-hands.

4. To train believers and those in ministry in EVANGELIZATION through our evangelization training program which uses the anointing of the Word of God alone in a consistent Biblical presentation method of presenting the Gospel. This requires little or no memorization and learning comes from repeated use and familiarization with the necessary scriptures, and no commitment to lengthy training periods of time or great expense are required.

5. To establish and encourage the formation of home churches under authority of pastors and overseers, in order that the end-time church may be returned to the original purpose, intent, and vision for it that Christ had in the Scriptures... small-to-medium sized groups of Spirit-filled believers under Spirit-filled headship, discipling and being discipled, ministering and being ministered to, one to another. These were churches that grew in praise, worship, and in the Word. They moved in the POWER of the Holy Spirit and not in religious tradition, led by the Holy Spirit and not by the control of men. We believe that THIS is the ONLY model for the New Testament church provided by scripture because it provides the conditions for all participants to receive continual and in-depth ministry when needed, and pastoring on an individual basis so that none are neglected or forgotten because of large numbers in the congregation. We believe that this model is to be encouraged, fostered, supported by all whenever possible, and we encourage it as the vehicle of the Holy Spirit, especially to our overseas radio listeners and disciples, particularly in the underdeveloped nations.

6. To provide in-depth anointed teaching and instruction to blind or hearing-impaired Christians, and those with disabilities, through audiocassette tape lectures and courses, and, when indicated, with written materials.
